We availed of Limolink's airport transfer & private touring services. Faysal was an excellent tour operator/driver, he suggested the must-see destinations and is very accommodating on where we wanted to go. We availed of the company's services for 2 touring days (Yarra Valley Tour, Puffing Billy, Philip Island). He was always punctual and patient with us. I appreciate that he parks the vehicle nearby so we can easily spot him and it's very convenient for us to go around. During the tour, there was free water and the coach we rode was very comfortable (Mercedes Spinner). I highly recommend their services for both private tours and airport transfers. Their rates are also very competitive versus other companies.

Faysal is a very prompt, humble, and polite travel guide who truly made our time special. We were impressed by his excellent time management and thoughtful selection of tour sites. From the Puffing Billy train experience to the Yarra Valley chocolate tour, every moment was well planned and enjoyable. The scenic drive back to Melbourne was absolutely marvellous and well worth the time spent. We are glad to have met him on the last day of 2025 and to have shared such a memorable experience. I booked a return airport transfer to Tullamarine airport in January 2026, and was happy with the service. The driver was polite and quiet ( But will chat if you start a conversation ) and the Lexus SUV was in clean and in good condition.

Faysal crafted a wonderful custom tour for us that combined the Puffing Billy train ride with the Penguin Parade Ultimate Adventure tickets we had purchased in advance. He fit in several others stops in Melbourne and on Philip Island,, and also the Maru Koala and Wildlife Park which was great. As there was just my husband and me, Faysal drove his black Mercedes sedan which was incredibly comfortable. He also made an excellent recommendation for an early dinner at a restaurant in Cowles where we had a nice view of the Bay. Additionally he did a great job communicating with me before to set everything up and arrange pickup, and was exceedingly professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend him and hope to tour with him again on our next trip to Melbourne.
