Faysal is a very prompt, humble, and polite travel guide who truly made our time special. We were impressed by his excellent time management and thoughtful selection of tour sites. From the Puffing Billy train experience to the Yarra Valley chocolate tour, every moment was well planned and enjoyable. The scenic drive back to Melbourne was absolutely marvellous and well worth the time spent. We are glad to have met him on the last day of 2025 and to have shared such a memorable experience. We had a wonderful experience with this transport service during our family trip in Melbourne. The driver was very punctual, polite, and extremely patient with kids. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made travelling with our family very easy and safe. We had a wonderful day out of the city with Faysal driving our group of 14. Faysal was professional and courteous from the time of our inquiry, through the end of our trip. When he arrived, the vehicle (a high top sprinter van) was clean and comfortable. Along the way, Faysal was friendly and customized the stops on the Great Ocean Road tour for us. We would highly recommend Faysal and his company.

Kawsar drove us to Great Ocean Road Trip and he was amazing. He took us to beautiful spots where we can take nice photos. He was also very patient to accommodate our special requests. Had a great experience with them.
