We had a wonderful day out of the city with Faysal driving our group of 14. Faysal was professional and courteous from the time of our inquiry, through the end of our trip. When he arrived, the vehicle (a high top sprinter van) was clean and comfortable. Along the way, Faysal was friendly and customized the stops on the Great Ocean Road tour for us. Huge huge thanks to Faysal for showing us around with various plans prepared!!!!!! Even though my family doesn’t speak that much English, he was very caring/respectful and showed us around with multiple information on our way to different location. Especially, the lunch place was really nice and we all had a very wonderful time together. Overall, the driving was comfortable and me and my family had a perfect day. Thanks again and we would def try this again if we ever visit Melbourne again :) Our Itinerary 9:00 pick up 10:15 go to the famous quiche place 11:30 winery no.1 12:30 winery no.2 and had lunch (this was a huge success and we all enjoy!! Must try!! ) 14:30 winery no.3 and chocolate factory 16:00 puffing billway train 18:00 head back to our hotel in downtown Melbourne

Faisal did an outstanding service for my family during our trip. The car was comfortable and neat, he was also very friendly and accommodating so we had such a great time while on board. He also gave us candies which my family loved. Absolutely recommended. He brought us to Yarra Valley, Yering, and Mornington Peninsula. He also took our photos and has been really helpful throughout the journey.
