We had a wonderful experience with this transport service during our family trip in Melbourne. The driver was very punctual, polite, and extremely patient with kids. We had a wonderful day out of the city with Faysal driving our group of 14. Faysal was professional and courteous from the time of our inquiry, through the end of our trip. When he arrived, the vehicle (a high top sprinter van) was clean and comfortable. Along the way, Faysal was friendly and customized the stops on the Great Ocean Road tour for us.
