Huge huge thanks to Faysal for showing us around with various plans prepared!!!!!! Even though my family doesn’t speak that much English, he was very caring/respectful and showed us around with multiple information on our way to different location. Especially, the lunch place was really nice and we all had a very wonderful time together. Overall, the driving was comfortable and me and my family had a perfect day. Thanks again and we would def try this again if we ever visit Melbourne again :) Our Itinerary 9:00 pick up 10:15 go to the famous quiche place 11:30 winery no.1 12:30 winery no.2 and had lunch (this was a huge success and we all enjoy!! Must try!! ) 14:30 winery no.3 and chocolate factory 16:00 puffing billway train 18:00 head back to our hotel in downtown Melbourne

We travelled from Singapore to Melbourne as a rather big group of 8. Faysal settled our transportation needs to the Great Ocean Road and Yarra Valley. I was very impressed with the quick reply and confirmation of our airport transfer considering it was made late at night for an early morning pick up. Faysal was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Our driver was safe, polite and presented in a very professional manner. Our vehicle was clean and the required baby seat was installed correctly and was clean and a quality model. Overall very happy with our service and will be using them again!
