Bookings Terms and Conditions
All accepted bookings are subject to the terms and conditions explained below. By making a booking with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions apply:
Prices provided are valid exclusively at the occurrence of the quotation and are subject to availability in subsequent bookings. The prices quoted are all inclusive of GST.
Melbourne LimoLink is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental, be it by the client or any member of the clients’ party. Melbourne LimoLink is not liable for any damages or loss elicited by the deed, negligence, or error of any supplier or other third party. Under circumstances where liability is unable to be excluded, liability is limited to the value of the clients’ purchase. If a client has made a booking with MelbourneLimoLink and is unable to locate the Chauffeur and chooses not to contact us, the client will be liable for the full transfer cost.
Administration Fee for Credit Card Payments
When making a payment via Credit Card, Melbourne LimoLink is charged for each transaction, which is included in your invoice. An administration fee of 5% of the total value of the booking is applicable to all bookings settled via Credit Card.
If you wish to make any changes to your booking after the booking has been officially confirmed, these changes can only be accepted subject to availability. MelbourneLimoLink reserves the right to charge a fee in relation to any amendments made to your booking, in addition to any other charges that are applicable to the amendments made.
Extended Times/Additional Routing Instructions
Overtime will apply after the first 15 minutes of the pre-scheduled time organized and displayed on the official booking confirmation. The client is responsible in the event of any charges incurred in relation to the extra time required for a booking that has exceeded the confirmed schedule. Any extra stops required that were not confirmed and settled at the time of placing the booking will incur extra charges.
Melbourne LimoLink does not issue refunds or exchanges on any bookings except as otherwise specified by the seller. If a refund is issued, Melbourne LimoLink may retain any fees charged. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether or not travel has commenced. Special event bookings such as but not limited to, “Grand Prix, Spring Carnival, New Year’s Eve, Christmas Day, Avalon Air Show, Australian Open and AFL Grand Final, Weddings, Tours, On hold bookings” will incur 100% cancellation charges of the total cost of the booking whether the booking is canceled entirely or partially.
When making a booking for a wedding or special event, Melbourne LimoLink requires a 50% non-refundable deposit on the day the booking is placed and the remainder is required one week prior to the day of the booking. Additional Booking Terms & Conditions
The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund in the event of blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof and is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Smoking is strictly not permitted in any of our vehicles. In the event that the client or any member of the clients’ party causes damage to the vehicle, the client will be financially responsible to repair that damage. The sanitation fee for all vehicles is $350.00. MelbourneLimoLink is not responsible for any delays or termination of the journey caused by hazardous road conditions (e.g. accidents, etc.). MelbourneLimoLink is not responsible for any articles left in the vehicles. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Luggage, prams, and other accessories are restricted to boot capacity only – those which do not fit in the boot of a sedan will not be placed within the vehicle under any circumstance. In this instance, the client is liable to organize alternative means/transport to transfer their luggage. Consumption of water within all of our vehicles is permitted. MelbourneLimoLink requires all other beverages and food to be approved prior to the booking, under which circumstances the client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle.
